DESCRIPTION:

Location-based application has many benefits and scope than the traditional Google Maps, GPS tracking system and navigators. Many leading retailers and local businesses use geolocation tracking applications to increase their in-store experience. By using GPS data, they guide and help their customers to find the store nearby by them, or to choose an easy and efficient pickup or delivery location.
Location-based application and place finder applications help many individuals to find providers, local businesses nearby to obtain the required services. Hence my engineering projects has proposed a web- based place finder application. This place finder application is designed using two powerful frameworks of python, Django and GeoDjango. Django makes it easy for developers to build prototypes quickly.

Conclusion:

In this, project you’ll continue building the application with the Django REST framework to expose a RESTful API, and you’ll use the JavaScript Vue.js library with the Axios HTTP client to consume the API and render the data. You’ll also use the HTML5 Geolocation API to automatically get the user’s location from the user’s browser instead of hard-coding it as you did in this tutorial, so stay tuned!
