Solar Panel based Car:

Solar Panel Based Car is to design a wirelessly controlled car system (a prototype) in which the car unit will derive power with the help of the solar panel unit. The remote unit will be through a battery. Its main source of energy for the vehicle. Energy from Sun is captured by the solar panels and is converted to electrical energy. The electrical energy thus formed is being fed to the batteries that get charged and is used to run DC motor. The shaft of the motor is connected to the rear wheel of the vehicle. The batteries are initially fully charged and thereafter they are charged by panels. This helps in completing the charging-discharging cycle of the batteries, which is very important for the proper working of batteries.

Solar Panel Based Car is based on RF technology. This works on two sections one is transmitting and the other one is the receiving section. The rechargeable battery charged by the sunlight at the transmitter end. After that, it sends it to the vehicle at the receiving end. The commands will be sent through the RF Transmitter, Encoder and antenna and it is received by the RF receiver, Decoder which will eventually drive the motors attached to the vehicle.
