DESCRIPTION:

This Real Estate Management System is the software application developed for real estate companies. Nowadays most real estate companies are still using traditional ways to manage data through books or file systems(excel sheets). This project aims at developing an efficient info management system for the real estate industry, client management and maintaining the property listings.

My engineering project give you this project we have implemented many features like entry/search, match, property manager and reports Generation based on clients requirement.

Some Description of Real State Management System:

Login page: This page contains login information admin and user can login by entering the Login ID and Password.

Home page: Home page contains the name and logo of the company and it can also contain the menus which user can perform the task.

Client Module: In this module, we are going to do client entry, client update, and client delete and client search.

Owner Module In this module, we are going to do owner entry, owner update, owner delete and owner search.

Agent Module: In this module, we are going to do agent entry, agent update, agent delete and agent search.

Builder Module: In this module, we are going to do builder entry, builder update, builder delete and builder search.

Property Module: In this module, we are going to do property entry, property update, property delete and property search.

Conclusion:

The main purpose to develop this real estate management system project to resolve the issue of both buyer and seller. The seller can submit the property what he wants to sale with a full house or flat detail such as location, area, hall, kitchen, furnished, semi-furnished, price, and all facilities can list in the form, Buyer can search the property according to their budget, location then direct contact to the seller.

This technology used in this software:

Front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap

HTML: HTML is used to create and save web document. E.g. Notepad/Notepad++

CSS : (Cascading Style Sheets) Create attractive Layout

JavaScript: It is a programming language, commonly use with web browsers.

Bootstrap: Bootstrap is the most popular CSS framework for developing responsive and mobile-first websites.

Backend: PHP, MySQL

PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is a technology that allows software developers to create dynamically generated web pages, in HTML, XML, or other document types, as per client request. PHP is open-source software.

MySQL: MySql is a database, widely used for accessing querying, updating, and managing data in databases. Software Requirement: XAMPP Server.
